Refund policy

1. Statutory right of withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

• Digital content not supplied on a tangible medium and services: The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date the contract is concluded.
• Goods: The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, take possession of the goods.
• Goods delivered separately as part of a single order: The relevant date is the date on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, take possession of the last item.
• A single item delivered in multiple lots or pieces: The relevant date is the date on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receive the last lot or piece.

The period does not begin before you have been properly informed of your right of withdrawal. The statutory rules concerning missing or incorrect information remain unaffected.

2. How to exercise your right of withdrawal

If the desired function is not available, you can nevertheless exercise your right of withdrawal directly by email or letter. The functions available in your customer account do not shorten the statutory withdrawal periods.

Inform us of your decision to withdraw by a clear statement, for example by email or letter. You do not need to give a reason. It is sufficient to send the statement before the withdrawal period expires. You may use the model form below; using it is optional.

3. Effects of withdrawal and return of goods

In the event of a valid withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option we offer. Additional costs arising from a more expensive delivery method chosen by you are excluded. We will make the refund without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after receiving your statement of withdrawal.

We will use the same payment method for the refund as you used for your original payment, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees for the refund.

For goods, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence of having sent them back, whichever occurs first. This does not apply if we have offered to collect the goods.

Send or hand over any goods you have received to us without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after your statement of withdrawal. You meet the deadline if you send the goods in time. We bear the direct cost of returning the goods. Prior approval or the use of particular packaging is not a requirement for exercising your right of withdrawal. We do not charge a restocking fee.

You are liable for any reduction in the value of the goods only if it results from handling that was not necessary to check their nature, characteristics and functioning, and the statutory conditions for compensation for diminished value are met.

4. When the right of withdrawal for digital content expires

For paid digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal expires before the fourteen days have elapsed only if all of the following conditions are met:

1. You have expressly consented to us beginning performance of the contract before the withdrawal period expires.
2. You have acknowledged that you understand that your right of withdrawal expires when this early performance of the contract begins.
3. We have provided you with the legally required contract confirmation on a durable medium, for example by email, including this consent and acknowledgement.
4. We have actually begun performance of the contract.

If any of these conditions is missing, merely sending or activating a code does not automatically result in the loss of the right of withdrawal. In the event of a valid withdrawal from a contract for such digital content, you do not owe compensation for the content provided. After withdrawal, the digital content concerned must no longer be used or made available to third parties. Your statutory rights in relation to defective digital products or digital products that have not been provided remain in place independently of the right of withdrawal.

5. Services and complaints

Where a separate service is purchased under a paid contract, the right of withdrawal expires early only after the service has been fully performed, provided that you expressly consented to its commencement before the withdrawal period expired and acknowledged that you understood that the right of withdrawal would expire upon full performance of the contract.

If a service is validly withdrawn from before that point, compensation for the part performed up to withdrawal may be requested only if you expressly requested early commencement and the statutory information requirements were fulfilled. The statutory calculation rules apply.

A code that does not work or is not provided as agreed may also constitute a defect. For complaints, you can contact us at ecosiamaxlimited@gmail.com. This policy does not restrict statutory rights relating to defects.
