Terms of service
1. Scope and contracting party
These Terms and Conditions apply to orders placed through escooterlicense.com. Your contracting party is ECOSIAMAX LIMITED, FLAT 1506, 15/F, CHEUNG FUNG COMM BLDG, 21–25 CHEUNG SHA WAN ROAD, SHAM SHUI PO, HONG KONG. You can contact us at ecosiamaxlimited@gmail.com.
The product description and the conditions displayed before you complete your order determine the scope of the respective goods or services. Mandatory statutory consumer rights remain fully in place.
2. Orders and conclusion of the contract
You can initially place products in the cart without commitment. Before submitting your order, you can check and correct your details and the selected products. By clicking the button to place an order with an obligation to pay, you make a binding offer to enter into a contract.
An automatic acknowledgement initially confirms receipt of your order. The contract is concluded when we expressly accept your offer by email, make the ordered product or service available, or dispatch the goods. If a confirmation expressly states acceptance, it also constitutes acceptance of the contract.
You will receive the contract confirmation by email. You can save or print the order summary before submitting it and retain the emails you receive.
3. Prices and payment
The total price displayed before you complete your order, in the currency stated there, applies. Applicable taxes, shipping costs and other additional costs must be shown before you submit your order. The available payment methods and payment terms are displayed at checkout.
Import duties may apply to international deliveries of goods insofar as they are not already included in the displayed total price. You will be informed before placing your order if such additional costs may arise. No general exemption from tax is promised.
4. Digital products and delivery of goods
The respective product description specifies whether you are purchasing a digital licence code, digital content, a physical item or an additional service. It also states the method of provision, the scope, the technical requirements and the applicable delivery or availability time.
Please check the exact model name, firmware version and any other stated compatibility requirements before placing your order. If anything is unclear, you can contact us before purchasing. These notes limit neither the agreed characteristics nor your statutory rights in the event of missing or defective goods or services.
The requirements in our Withdrawal and Refund Policy apply to the early provision of paid digital content. Purchasing a digital product alone does not exclude the statutory right of withdrawal.
5. Use and technical information
Tuning can affect a vehicle's operating approval, its permitted use on public roads and its insurance coverage. Use tuning products only where the specific use is legally permitted, in particular on closed private land that is not open to the public. The product description and the supplied instructions must be followed.
Purchasing a licence code or tuning product does not authorise its use on public roads. Manufacturer warranties may have their own conditions; your statutory rights against us remain unaffected.
6. Withdrawal, defects and statutory rights
Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal for distance contracts. Details and the model withdrawal form are set out in our Withdrawal and Refund Policy.
The statutory rights in the event of defects apply to goods and digital products. For new goods, the statutory period for consumer claims for defects is generally two years from delivery. For digital products, statutory rights include provision in accordance with the contract, necessary updates and remedies, as well as price reduction, termination of the contract and damages where the statutory conditions are met.
Any additional guarantee offered applies only to the extent specified in the guarantee conditions communicated at the time of purchase and does not restrict statutory rights relating to defects. Our liability is governed by the statutory provisions. These Terms and Conditions do not exclude mandatory protective provisions of the country of your habitual residence or statutory rules on jurisdiction.
